How To Play Mega Checkers:
Mega Checkers is a simple game and very easy to understand. To begin with, players have to decide who will play first. Whoever goes first will have take the black coloured checkers while the other player takes the white coloured checkers. But before you set up the mat make sure that both the players have the light-coloured square check on their respective right-hand side.
All the Mega Checkers pieces are placed on the dark coloured square occupying the bottom three rows. The checkers may only move in diagonal directions on the dark squares. However, the player with the black checkers will always move first. The aim of mega checkers is to capture your opponent’s checker by hoping or jumping over with your checkers piece. It is important to note that, to make this move the opponent’s square box has to be empty. If you have the opportunity to jump your opponent’s checker, then you have to take it. If there are multiple opportunities then you can choose which one to take. You can only move forward once, but if there are empty spaces following the capture then you have to continue until you can’t capture any more of your opponent’s checkers.
