Shipping & Handling within Australia
At Mayfair Australia we are dedicated to shipping orders usually within 1 to 7 business days depending on stock availability and additional delivery timeframe depending on the freight/courier company schedules of delivery and terms & conditions. Consumers are not permitted at our distribution centre and occasionally orders may be shipped from our multiple distribution centres within Australia. If this is the case, your order will arrive in more than one consignment.
We have partnered with only the best and established courier service company's for dispatching of your order in the most timely and efficient manner. This is to provide you with the best service from Mayfair Australia and team.
If your order is urgent, we advise you to get in touch with us via email before placing your order so that we can best assist you.
During festive seasons such as Christmas, New Years, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter, Holidays, School Holidays, Halloween seasons and Peak seasons – We recommend placing your orders as early as possible so you can receive your orders successfully on time.
Sometimes delivery times vary depending on product availability, address and postcode of delivery address. Please note once the goods have been dispatched from our distribution centre, it is the freight company's responsibility to deliver the goods. At times delays in deliveries by the freight company may be expected. Please note we have no control over the deliveries times once this is with the freight company and no exchange or refund can be provided once the goods have been dispatched with the freight company.
* A initial standard shipping & handling between may be charged for any products, items or bulky goods delivery. Once your order has been placed a sales team member will be in touch with to quote you for any additional shipping & handling fee. Some bulky goods may not be available for delivery to certain post codes. Alternatively, please contact sales@mayfairco.com.au for a exact quote as per your delivery address.

Kindly note we do not ship to PO BOX address.
International Shipping
We do ship orders internationally, contact us via email to arrange for your order to be shipped internationally.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning of your purchased product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
